How to Add Header and Footer

PDF Reader Pro allows you to add headers and footers on the PDFs. Headers and Footers can include dates, page numbers, titles, and authors.

1. Open the PDF file to which you want to add the header and footer;

2. Tap Editor Editor1 on the toolbar -> Headers and Footers Header & Footer -> Add Header and Footer;

3. According to your needs, you can use these tools to set your Header and Footer:

Margins: here you can set the area for the header and footer;

Page Range: here you can decide which pages to create headers and footers for;

Preview: check the results on the left preview area and use the preview page option to view different pages of the PDF;

Header and Footer Text: type text in any of the header and footer text boxes;

4. Click Apply;

5. Apply the same settings to other PDFs, click Batch -> click Add Files, then in the open dialog box, specify your folder and files and click Open -> choose Apply.
