You can change text size and color in PDF Reader Pro Windows. Follow the instructions below:

1. Open the PDF file;

2. Click Edit PDF on the top panel;

3. Drag the cursor over the text that you want to modify and select it;

4. To change the text color, click "Color" on the right of your screen to change the text color for the selected text;

5. Click "Size" on the right of your screen, and you can change the text size.
