1. Tap Editor 
on the toolbar -> Security -> Set Password;
2. Tick Require a password to open the document and set your password;
3. Hit Restrict printing and copying of the document -> enter owner password -> click Encrypt to finish your security setting.
Note: You should set an open password first, then you can set permissions on PDF Printing and Copying.
