How PDF Reader Pro is Activated in On-premise Environments?

1. In the on-premise environment, we have customized PDF Reader Pro for users;

 

 

2. PDF Reader Pro reads the PDFSever.config configuration file in the installation directory and retrieves the IP address of the admin console, then initiates an activation request.

 

3. PDF Tech Admin Console (on-premise) server listens on port 8032. After receiving the activation request from the software, it verifies the user information in the request: firstly, it checks if the user exists and verifies their authorization for the editor. Only when the user meets the corresponding authorization requirements, they are allowed to activate.

4. After successfully activated, the users can use the PDF Reader Pro smoothly.
