To update the APP, you can click Check for Update within the app for free. Or you can re-download the latest version from our official website.

Upgrade License

To upgrade PDF Reader Pro Premium License to PDF Reader Pro Permanent License, you can refer to the following steps:

Situation 1:

If you are using PDF Tech Admin Console, please get in touch with us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Order number of the product
• Purchase email (Super Admin's email)
• Purchase date

Our customer service manager will help you upgrade products.

Situation 2:

If you don't need to manage your team licenses via PDF Tech Admin Console, you can upgrade your product within the APP.

1. Lanch PDF Reader Pro and click PDF to Office at the upper right corner;

2. You will be navigated to the order page, then fill the billing information;

3. Restart the APP to upgrade. Note: You need to pay for product upgrades.
