PDF Reader Pro Web is an online PDF workspace that lets you store, view, edit, and share PDFs directly in your browser. Learn how to get started with PDF Reader Pro Cloud Space, upload your PDFs, and save your changes. This FAQ also explains cloud storage capacity and file upload limits.
How do I start using Cloud Space?
Sign in to PDF Reader Pro Web with your PDF Reader Pro account, then upload a local PDF to My Documents. You can use the same account across supported PDF Reader Pro apps and the web workspace. Open the uploaded file to read it, organize it in a folder, or configure sharing. Check the upload result before leaving the page.
What are the Web storage and upload limits?
On Web, signed-in free accounts receive 1 GB of cloud storage and can upload files up to 10 MB each. All-platform subscribers receive 20 GB and can upload files up to 100 MB each. Both limits matter: a file may be too large even when your account has free space. If an upload fails, check the reason shown in the upload list, the file size, and your remaining storage before trying again.
Are changes saved automatically?
Web annotations sync online in real time. For content edits, click Apply to save and exit editing mode; exiting without applying discards those edits and loads the latest document. After an editor saves, other viewers should load the latest version before continuing to edit.
