  7. End notation: Traditionally, "###" or "-30-" is used to signify the end of the release.

  8. Multimedia elements (optional): Modern press releases, especially those published online, might include photos, videos, infographics, or other multimedia elements to enhance the story.

  • Be Newsworthy: Journalists are looking for stories that will interest their readers. Your news should be timely, relevant, and of general interest.
