How to Add Page Numbers to a PDF on Windows

Use the page numbering process on your Windows operating system too by following the process below:

Step 1: Open PDF Reader Pro
Click "Open Files" and select the PDF you need to add page numbers to.

Step 2: Edit your "Header & Footer" Options

1. Set your "Font Size" options. Choose the size, font, and color of your page numbers.
2. Select the position of your page numbers. I.e., "Right Footer Text". Click on the small "+" symbol next to the position and then "Insert Page Number".
3. Click "Apply" when ready.
