How to Print Multiple?

With PDF Reader Pro Mac, you can print several pages on one sheet from a PDF file at once.

 

There are two methods to print multiple.

1. From Tools on Main Menu to Print Multiple:

  • Open your file with PDF Reader Pro Mac;

  • Click Tools on the main menu, and choose Page Sizing & Handling -> Multiple;

  • Set the parameter about the multiple in the dialog box, including Unit, Page Size, Pages per sheet, Pages order, Comments & Form, Print page border, Reverse pages, Margin, Spacing, Orientation, and Page Range, then click Print;

  • Choose Printer, Copies, and Pages, then click Print.

 

2. From File on Main Menu to Print Multiple:

  • Open your file with PDF Reader Pro Mac;

  • Click File on the main menu, and choose Print -> Pages to Print;

  • Choose Multiple at the bottom of the dialog box;

  • Set the parameter about the multiple in the dialog box, including Unit, Page Size, Pages per sheet, Pages order, Comments & Form, Print page border, Reverse pages, Margin, Spacing, Orientation, Page Range, then click Print;

  • Choose Printer, Copies, and Pages, then click Print.
