1. Open a document, tap Converter  on the toolbar;

2. Choose To Excel  and select the target format as Excel(.xlsx);

3. Set Page Range;

4. Click Convert;

5. Choose an output folder and the converted files will be saved in the selected folder;

6. Or you can find PDF to Excel in Quick Tools on Home to quickly convert PDF to Excel files.

Convert Multiple PDF Files to Excel

1. Open a file, tap Converter  on the toolbar;

2. Choose To Excel  and select the target format as Excel(.xlsx);

3. Click Batch -> Add Files -> select the PDF documents that need to be converted -> click Open -> tap Converter;

4. Choose an output folder and the converted files will be saved in the selected folder.
