Windows Ink Toolbar is equipped with tools for freehand writing and drawing.
1. To access the toolbar, tap on 
on the document viewer;
2. There are three pen brushes to choose from, as well as an eraser and a digital ruler for you to write and draw on the document just like on paper;
3. You can scroll the mouse wheel to adjust angle, and draw lines along the ruler;
4. Remember to tap the 
mark when you are done so you can save what you just wrote.
