PDF Reader Pro offers a powerful AI Summarize feature available on both Mac and Windows. The workflow and steps are exactly the same across both platforms, allowing you to quickly summarize lengthy PDFs and extract key insights with ease. Here are the detailed instructions:
1. Launch PDF Reader Pro and open a file;
2. Click AI Tools on the left sidebar and then choose AI Summarize;
3. Select a File to summarize. The current file is selected by default. You can also click the Choose File... button in the text box to select another file. The selected file will display above the dialog box. Then click Send to start summarizing.
4. There are Redo, Copy, Save as buttons on the right bottom corner of the result box. You can click to redo, copy the result, or save the result as TXT or PDF.
