If you’re unable to install PDF Reader Pro on your Mac — for example, the installer won’t open, the system says it’s from an unidentified developer, or the setup stops unexpectedly — try the steps below.
1. Installing from the Mac App Store
✅ For a Smooth Installation

Open App Store → Search PDF Reader Pro → Click Get or Install

Make sure you’re signed in with your Apple ID

Verify your Wi-Fi connection is stable

Go to System Settings → General → Software Update to check for pending macOS updates

Open the .dmg file and drag the app icon into the Applications folder. If you downloaded the .pkg file, you can directly double-click to open it.

If you see a warning saying the app is from an unidentified developer:

Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security,

Scroll to Security and click Open Anyway.

Make sure you have enough disk space.
