Quick Guide for Team Plan

In addition to assigning licenses to individuals, the Super Admin and Team Admins can assign licenses for the team with the same product, which is extremely convenient.

1. In the PDF Tech Console, navigate to Manage Licesne -> Assign License;

2. Select Team License;

• Team: Choose the team you want to authorize;
• Product: Select the product you want to authorize for the team;

3. Tap Assign to complete the assignment.

Note:

- The Super Admin can assign licenses to all teams, whereas Team Admins can only assign licenses to the teams they manage.
