How to Organize PDF Files

PDF Reader Pro allows you to copy, move, rename, share, favorite or delete PDF files in the Local folder.


Copy PDF Files

1. Go to PDF Documents and click Local;

2. Click , tick one file or more files and choose Copy;

3. Or if you just want to copy one specific file, click  and choose Copy;

4. Select a new folder, and tap Copy To;

5. Then the copied file(s) will be stored in the folder you choose.


Move PDF Files

1. Go to PDF Documents and click Local;

2. Click , tick one file or more files and choose Move;

3. Or if you just want to move one specific file, click  and choose Move;

4. Select a new folder, and tap Move To;

5. Then the selected file(s) will be stored in the folder you choose.


Rename PDF File

1. Go to PDF Documents and click Local;

2. Click , tick the file and choose Rename;

3. Or you can click  and choose Rename;

4. Now you can enter a new name for the file;

5. Click OK and the file will be saved under the new name.


Share PDF Files

1. Go to PDF Documents and click Local;

2. Click , tick one file or more files and choose Share;

3. Or if you just want to share one specific file, click  and choose Share;

4. You can share the file via Email, Bluetooth, Skype and other social media.


Favorite PDF Files

1. Go to PDF Documents and click Local;

2. Click , tick one file or more files and choose Favorite;

3. Or if you just want to favorite one specific file, click  and choose Favorite;

4. Then the selected file(s) can be quickly accessed in the Favorite folder.


Delete PDF Files

1. Go to PDF Documents and click Local;

2. Click , tick one file or more files and choose Delete;

3. Or if you just want to delete one specific file, click  and choose Delete;

4. Or you can click  to select all files to delete. 

5. Tap Delete when you see a pop-up box.
