Q:
I've just upgraded to the 6 month app and not seeing any change! When I open the app I’m still getting the free version and option to upgrade showing. Please could you advise?
A:

Restore Previous Purchase occurs in the following situations:

Purchase from Apple App Store

1. If you purchase from free version, PDF Reader Pro - Lite Edition on Apple Mac App Store, but still cannot access advanced features. Please restore previous purchase. You don't need to enter license code.

2. If you buy the PDF Reader Pro - Edit,Sign PDF from Apple Mac App Store, you don't need to restore previous purchase.

But if you want to convert PDF to Word(advanced)/Excel/PPT etc. and buy PDF to Office Pack, you need to restore the purchase. Otherwise you can only use standard PDF to Word converter.

Purchase form Website Store

If you have purchased PDF Reader Pro from Website Store and bought PDF to Office Pack, but cannot export PDF to Excel, PowerPoint, RTF and more, please restore previous purchase. You don't need to enter license code.

Note:

1. Restore Previous Purchase directly in the upgrade window and do not need to re-pay. If it shows Restore Success, congratulations, the previously locked functions (add/remove watermarks / PDF to Office, etc.) have been activated and can be used normally. If it failed, please contact us: support@pdfreaderpro.com and provide your purchase record.

2. Due to Apple needs to confirm your purchase info, you may be required to sign in with your Apple ID. When you restore your purchase, make sure you use the same Apple ID previously used to purchase the app. And you can check your purchase history to confirm your service pack.

3. If you install different versions of PDF Reader Pro on your computer, please uninstall all PDF Reader Pro on your computer and then download and install it again from the Mac AppStore.
