How to Set the Default Color of Text Box?

Do you find it time-consuming every time you change the color of text box? Are you confused that you can't find the function to set the default color of your text box? Congratulations to you! PDF Reader Pro Mac not only allows you to personalize the default text color but also sets the default color of text box. There are three ways to set the default color of text box.

 

Method 1: Set Font Color

1. Open a PDF file with PDF Reader Pro Mac;

2. There are three ways to set font color.

  • Click Tools on the toolbar -> tap Text Box on the sub-toolbar -> choose Properties on the toolbar -> select the desired default font color from Fonts;

 

 

  • Click Edit on the main menu to choose Font -> select Show Fonts in the drop-down bar -> click Text in the pop-up window to select the desired default font color;

 

 

  • Tap PDF Reader Pro on the main menu -> click Preferences / command +, then a window will pop up -> click Annotate to choose Text in Note Fonts -> select the desired default font color.

 

 

 

Method 2: Set Fill Color

1. Open a PDF file with PDF Reader Pro Mac;

2. There are three ways to set fill color.

  • Click Tools on the toolbar -> tap Text on the sub-toolbar -> choose Properties on the toolbar  -> select the desired default fill color from Fill;

 

 

  • Click Edit on the main menu to choose Font -> select Show Fonts in the drop-down bar -> click on the pop-up window to select the desired default fill color;

 

 

  • Tap PDF Reader Pro on the main menu -> click Preferences / command +, then a window will pop up -> click Annotate to choose Text in Note Colors -> select the desired default fill color.

 

 

 

Method 3: Set Line and Border Style

1. Open a PDF file with PDF Reader Pro Mac;

2. There are two ways to set line and border style.

  • Click Tools on the toolbar -> tap Text on the sub-toolbar -> choose Properties on the toolbar -> select the desired default line and border style;

 

 

  • Tap PDF Reader Pro on the main menu -> click Preferences / command +, then a window will pop up -> click Annotate to choose Text in Line and Border Styles -> select the desired default line and border style. 

 

 

How to Add Text Box?

Click Tools on the toolbar -> tap Text on the sub-toolbar -> click the page to add the text box.
