How to Print Booklets?

Booklets, a type of document, are composed of multiple pages arranged on sheets of paper. When folded, the correct order of booklets is displayed. You can read the file more conveniently and clearly.

 

There are two methods to print booklets with PDF Reader Pro Mac.

1. From Tools on Main Menu to Print Booklets:

  • Open your file with PDF Reader Pro Mac;
  • Click Tools on the main menu, and choose Page Sizing & Handling -> Booklet;
  • Set the parameter about the booklet in the dialog box, including Unit, Page Size, Booklet Subset, Sheet Range, Binding, Margin, Comments & Form, Auto-rotate pages within each sheet, Reverse pages, and Page Range, then click Print;
  • Choose Printer, Copies, and Pages, then click Print.

 

 

2. From File on Main Menu to Print Booklets:

  • Open your file with PDF Reader Pro Mac;
  • Click File on the main menu, and choose Print -> Pages to Print;
  • Choose Booklet at the bottom of the dialog box;
  • Set the parameter about the booklet in the dialog box, including Unit, Page Size, Booklet Subset, Sheet Range, Binding, Margin, Comments & Form, Auto-rotate pages within each sheet, Reverse pages, and Page Range, and then click Print;
  • Choose Printer, Copies, and Pages, then click Print.

 

Note:

*1. Booklet Subset: Determines which sides of paper print.

*2. Binding: Used to determine the orientation of bindings.

*3. Margin: You can set the size of the margin of pages with this tool.

*4. Auto-rotate pages within each sheet: This tool means that every page is automatically rotated for optimal printing.
