How to Add Background to PDFs?

Sometimes, you may want to change the background color or add a background image to polish your PDF document. It can be hard to do so with normal PDF editors. However, PDF Reader Pro Windows can satisfy all your requirements, you can design the background of your PDFs easily.

 

Add Background Individually

1. Open your file with PDF Reader Pro Windows;

2. Click Editor on the toolbar -> Background -> Add Background;

3. Or choose Background from Quick Tools on the homepage -> choose a file and tap Open -> click Next;

  • Color: Select a color swatch or custom color from the color picker.
  • File: Select an image from your folder and tap Open.

Note: You can adjust its ratio, opacity, rotation, page range, and position from the Background Setting section below. You can also tick Add to Template or change the Template name.

4. Tap Apply, the change will be added directly.       

 

Add Background in Batches

Method 1:

1. Open your file with PDF Reader Pro Windows;

2. Click Editor on the toolbar -> Background -> Add Background;

3. Tap Batch in the bottom-left corner -> Add Files you want -> tap Open -> Tap Apply.

 

Method 2:

1. Launch the PDF Reader Pro Windows software;

2. Choose Background on the Quick Tools -> Press Ctrl and select several files -> tap Open;

3. Click Next to create the background for the PDFs;

4. Tap Apply.
