How to Add Header, Footer, and Pages on Mac

Want to set headers and footers with specified texts? Just do as the following steps:

Method 1:

1. Click Editor on the toolbar -> Header & Footer -> Add Header and Footer;

2. Then, a window will pop up, you could:

- Specify the Font and Margin values

- Customize your Page Number and Date Format

- Click Add to insert Page Number and Date

- Choose the Page Range as you want

- Click to Add to Template for later direct application

3. Click Apply to apply all your settings.

 

Method 2:

1. Click Tools -> Header & Footer -> Add Header and Footer;

2. As needed, customize your Header & Footer;

3. Select Apply to apply all your settings. In addition, Batch Add and Remove Header & Footer are also available.
