How to Add Text Watermarks on PDF?

Protect your intellectual property by adding a watermark to your files, preventing others from using your files as their own. In PDF Reader Pro, you can add the text watermark to one or more PDFs and customize the color, font size, rotation, and opacity of the watermark. You can only add one watermark to one or more PDF files at a time.

 

How to add text watermarks on PDF? You can follow the steps.

 

Add Text Watermarks

1. Click Editor  on the toolbar -> Watermark  -> Add Watermark;

 

 

2. Or click Tools on the main menu -> Watermark -> Add Watermark;

 

 

3. Choose Text and enter the text as you want. You are allowed to change the font size, color, opacity, and position of the watermark;

 

 

4. Choose Page Range to select the pages you want to insert the watermark;

5. Select Add to Template so you can easily apply it next time;

6. Tap Save&Apply to save this file with the watermark.

 

Batch Add Text Watermarks

1. Click Editor on the toolbar -> Watermark -> Batch Add Watermarks;

 

 

2. Or click Tools on the main menu -> Watermark -> Batch Add Watermarks;

 

 

3. Click Add Files on the upper left of the window, and choose the files you want to add watermarks to;

 

 

4. Click Add Template in the Text template list on the right side, and type the text as you want.;

5. You are allowed to change the font size, color, opacity, and position of the watermark;

6. Set Page Range and tap Apply to save this template;

7. Tap Apply to save the files with the watermark.
