How to use the Ruler tool to draw lines or measure PDFs?

Windows Ink Toolbar is equipped with tools for freehand writing and drawing.

1. To access the toolbar, tap on on the document viewer;

2. There are three pen brushes to choose from, as well as an eraser and a digital ruler for you to write and draw on the document just like on paper;

3. You can scroll the mouse wheel to adjust angle, and draw lines along the ruler;

4. Remember to tap the  mark when you are done so you can save what you just wrote.
