If the PDF cannot detect your network scanner, you need to first confirm that you have linked your computer device to the scanner.

1. Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners;
2. Click Add Device to add a new printer or scanner;
3. Wait for it to find nearby printers, then locate the one you want to use, and click Add device.
