What do I Do if PDF Reader Pro Refuse to Respond?

If your PDF Reader Pro crashes or refuses to respond, read the following instructions.

 

You must create system information (.NFO) file. This is technical information that our development team will use to find solutions faster. Follow the steps below to generate this file:

1. Hold down the "Windows Flag" key and press R at the same time;

2. Type into the box, which opens "MSINFO32" then click "OK";

3. The .NFO file will now open. Click "File" and select "Save";

4. Rename the file with your name and save the file.
