There are two ways you can change the appearance of the annotation and set it to default:
1. Enter the reading page, click Tools 
on the toolbar, and select one of the annotation tools, the Annotation Properties Panel will pop up on the right side, you can change Color and Opacity;
2. Or click Settings 
on the menu bar -> tap Annotation -> adjust the fonts for text boxes and notes -> click Apply.
